Application method 報名方法

1. Fill in the online application form. Please note we accept online application form only. 請填妥網上報名表格，本中心只接受網上表格申請。

2. Payment Method 付款辦法

• Cross cheque payable to “Harmonie Harp Music & Art Centre” 劃線支票抬頭請填寫「香港豎琴藝術中心」, 並於支票背後寫上姓名 or
• Deposit to our Company bank account, Hang Seng Bank A/C No. 789 286499 883 with payement slip 入數致本公司恆生銀行戶口
• FPS to 轉數快至 5300 3003

3. Music Score Submission 提交樂譜

Music score should be uploaded with your application form. Late change or late submission will not be accepted and accuracy marks may be affected. The copy submitted will be as judges’ reference and it will be destroyed after the competition. Participant is required to bring the original copy on competition day.

請把比賽曲目之樂譜連同報名表一併交回, 是次比賽不接受臨時更改曲目或遲交, 參賽者留意以上情況可能影響準確度分數。參賽者必須於比賽當日出示樂譜正本,而本中心收集之樂譜只為評判參考之用, 並將於比賽日之後銷毀。

4. Submit the following items by mail and make sure your mail arrive before deadline. Incomplete submission will not be considered.

如選擇郵寄提交文件，請繳交以下所有文件,  於截止日期前寄回, 本中心將不會處理不完整之申請。

• HKID copy 參賽者身份證明文件副本
• 2 Music score copies 一式兩份比賽曲目樂譜
• Payment slip or cheque 報名費劃線支票或入數紙

5. Late Arrangement 遲交安排

All applications arrived later than deadline will be considered as late submission.  We will charge late penalty fee HKD200 for additional administration. It is not guaranteed that late application will be successful. We reserve the right on final decision.

所有截止日期後寄到或交到本中心之申請均作遲交處理, 已交之比賽費用恕不退回, 如慾遲交申請必須繳付HKD200行政費, 遲交申請不一定能成功，本中心保留最終決定權。
