Harp Rent to Home  豎琴外租

Key Steps 租用前準備及手續:

1. Performance Event (One-off / Short Term) 一次性表演或短期租用

I. For details or quotation, please what’s app 53003003 and provide i. date of event, ii. duration, iii. delivery address

II. Harmonie Harp will provide you with invoice to deposit to Company account. Client is required to fill in short term rental agreement to us.

III. Arrange delivery after full payment is confirmed

I 請客人what’s app 5300 3003 提供日期時間地點作報價之用

II 本中心將提供報價單, 客人需填妥短期租用合約

III 確認付款後, 本中心將安排送琴

2. Rent to Home practice 租用回家練習

i. Check the models, price of harp at eshop and then What’s app 5300 3003 to check availability

ii. Once confirm to rent a harp, Harmonie Harp will send you rental agreement and invoice with details. Client to return filled agreement with HKID copy

iii.  After full payment to Company account is confirmed, Harmoine Harp will arrange delivery

iv. To continue renting the harp after minimum period, client is required to pay rental cost to Company account on bi-monthly basis

i. 請到 eshop 查看可租型號及價錢, 然後what’s app 5300 3003與本中心聯絡確認可租型號

ii. 雙方確認後, 本中心將提供報價單, 客人需填妥租用合約及提供身份証明文件

iii.確認付款後, 本中心將安排送琴

iv.於最少租用期後續租, 只需到期日前付2個月及交回入數紙

* Please note string (consumable materials) replacement is client’s responsibility. 請注意弦線屬消耗品, 租用人需負責租用期內補弦

**所有報價均不含泊車費, 隧道費, 師傅搬梯級之費用

3. Return Harp 豎琴退租安排

i. 本中心將定期以what’s app形式提醒租用者繳交租金，請於租約期滿前通知本中心要退回豎琴，否則租用者仍需繳付額外最後一個月租金

ii. 34弦或以上需預約搬運師傅將豎琴送回本中心，一般運費於按金內扣除

iii. 本中心收到豎琴及其他租用物品後會作簡單檢查，如發現遺失配件及需要維修，會請師傅複檢，視乎師傅檢查日期及時間，結果會盡快告知租用者

iv. 本中心會提供Credit Note予租用者核對，按金會扣除運費及維修費（如有），視乎維修情況而定，大約10個工作天後，以支票形式退回租用者
