1. Order Arrangement – you can order: 下單安排

如何下單、安排付款及送貨？

i. From e-shop – follow the steps in e-shop to put your order in cart and checkout with your delivery Information. 由網上商店選購，放入購物車，填寫送貨資料及結賬。

ii. Through what’s app 5300 3003 – tell us your needs, and we will calculate total amount for you. Once we got your payment proof, you can arrange pick up according to your choice. 可透過what’s app與客戶服務聯絡所需貨物，客戶服務員會計算總數及提供可付費方式及自取或送貨安排等。

2. Delivery Arrangement（except for harp) – you can choose: 送貨安排 (購買豎琴會視型號另作安排）

i. Self pick up or arrange your courier – free of charge. 自取或自行安排速遞到本中心取貨 – 費用全免

ii. Arrange courier & “pay when arrive” by us – HKD20 (Admin fee) 由本中心安排速遞到付 – 本中心收取行政費用HKD20起

iii. Arrange registered mail or courier by us – HKD50 (Courier+Admin fee) 由本中心安排速遞 – 本中心收取行政費用HKD50起

Note: If client place an order and confirm payment with proof by 5:30pm, client can self pick up the goods earliest the next day, depends on availability. For other delivery arrangement, we usually send out within 2 to 3 working days, depends on availability. 請注意若客人於當天下午5:30pm前與本中心確認有貨並提供付款收據，即可最快於24小時後（即翌日）取貨, 本中心將於2-3個工作天內處理並寄出其他送貨安排之貨物。
